These terms govern your use of SafeStorage UK services. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any SafeStorage UK service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers — individuals and businesses — who use our household storage, business storage, document storage, or any related service.

Prohibited Items
You must not store any of the following items with SafeStorage UK under any circumstances:
- Firearms, weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Flammable, hazardous, or toxic materials
- Perishable food or organic matter
- Living plants or animals
- Cash, bearer bonds, or negotiable instruments
- Stolen goods or items obtained illegally
- Any item whose storage would violate UK law
Storing prohibited items may result in immediate termination of your contract without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Pricing & Payment
Our services are charged on a monthly basis. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. You will be invoiced in advance for each billing period.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per 30-day period.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your contract without penalty during that notice period.
Cancellation & Notice
You may cancel your storage plan at any time by giving us 7 days' written notice via email to safestorage.in@gmail.com or through your online customer portal.
Upon cancellation, we will arrange delivery of your stored items within the notice period. Items not collected within 14 days of contract end may incur additional storage charges.
No cancellation fees apply. We do not operate lock-in contracts.
Insurance & Liability
All items stored with SafeStorage UK are covered under our comprehensive storage insurance policy at no additional cost to you. Standard cover is included in all plans.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of stored items, subject to our standard insurance terms. We are not liable for:
- Losses due to inherent defects or pre-existing damage to items
- Losses arising from prohibited items
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
For higher-value items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance cover. Please contact us for details.
Access to Stored Items
Requests to retrieve stored items must be made via your online portal or by calling us. Standard retrieval is processed within 24 hours. Same-day retrieval is available in most areas for requests made before midday.
SafeStorage UK reserves the right to refuse access to stored items in exceptional circumstances — for example, where we suspect illegal activity or where doing so would breach a court order.
Only authorised individuals listed on your account may request retrieval of stored items.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SafeStorage UK website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to SafeStorage UK and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
